Morning Prayer (usually followed by Mass on Tuesday & Thursday, and a Communion service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Angelus in chapel, followed by a common lunch (silence ends after table reading).
Bread meal on Wednesdays and rice on Fridays.

1:00-5:00 p.m.

Work time

The Blessed Sacrament is exposed Monday - Friday from 11 AM - 5:30 PM.  An hour of personal prayer is taken sometime during the work day.

5:30 p.m.  

Evening Prayer

6:00 p.m.  

Dinner/social time

7:00–10:00 p.m.

Prayer and Study except on community meeting nights

Grand Silence begins
