Richard and Jina Ims, members of the Family Monastic expression of the Brothers and Sisters of Charity, made their permanent professions at a Mass on Thursday, July 5, 2007.

__________________________________________________________________ Sr. Juliana Laura Gardner came to the Brothers and Sisters of Charity community at Little Portion in 1999. Presently, she serves as the community's Sacristan, and also works in the monastery's vegetable garden and with our free-range chicken project.
Six of Sr. Juliana Laura's family members attended her permanent profession at Little Portion. They came from Florida, North Carolina and Maryland to witness the joyful occasion.

Viola Talbot, wearing a special corsage to designate her as BSC's Spiritual Mother on Mother's Day, presents Sr. Juliana Laura with her profession crucifix as the most recently professed permanent member.
